In this version, additional information is given about various aspects of preparation and submission of manuscripts and a style sheet that can be downloaded here as a Word File available for assisting the authors in the preparation of their manuscript.   Publication is free of charge. Once that the file is downloaded in your PC, unzip it and copy the file "animal.ens" to the appropriate folder in your EndNote program directory (usually located in Windows—C:\Program Files\EndNote\Styles or Mac OS X—Harddrive:Applications:EndNote:Styles)   Procite [click here to download the file]. Once the file is downloaded to your desktop, copy the file to the appropriate folder in your ProCite program directory (usually located in Windows—C:\Program Files\ProCite\Styles or Mac OS —Harddrive:Applications:ProCite:Styles)   Reference Manager [click here to download the zip file]. Once that the file is downloaded in your PC, unzip it and copy the file "animal.os" to the appropriate folder in your "Reference Manager" program directory (usually located in C:\Program Files\Reference Manager\Styles)". Note for Reference Manager users. The software doesn't support the bibliography sort order requested by the journal for publications with the same first author. Therefore, the authors are advised to check that their reference list respects the requested sort order (see Instructions to authors).
